Jon specializes in marketing and strategy focusing on market management, go to market, and business development across broader eco-systems. Jon's strong focus on corporate vision and communications, including social media, helps in driving business strategies.
Jon brings 32 years of software marketing, technical and general management skills to Georgian. He led the marketing strategy and initial execution for IBMs entrée into the Linux market and held executive positions in sales, business development and marketing in IBM's Pervasive Computing Division. Jon led the development of IBM's Information on Demand strategy and also ran the Enterprise Content Management unit, driving the integration strategy and acquisition of FileNet Corporation.
Jon is on the Board of Advisers for an early-stage software startup and is also an Adjunct Executive Professor in Northeastern University's Executive Education program.
