Ben brings over 15 years experience in software market analysis, marketing strategy, product management and software engineering. Ben's experience includes senior strategy and product management roles at IBM, where he helped to define and lead IBM's strategy for its Master Data Management and Information Integration business. Prior to IBM Ben held product management and marketing roles at Informix Software, where he played a key role in defining Informix's Java strategy. Previous roles include a range of software engineering, network and IT systems management roles. Ben has an Honors degree in Product Development.


Ben specializes in core market research, including: defining the market opportunity, estimating market size and assessing the competitive landscape; validating the product vision, the customer value proposition and go-to-market strategy; and providing input to overall strategy including product management and product marketing.
